Who We Are

We are IUOE Stationary Engineers, Local 39 who maintain critical facilities throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada.

We sustain infrastructure in hospitals which keep our communities healthy, commercial buildings that provide workspaces for jobs, higher education facilities that prepare our future leaders as well as arenas, stadiums and gaming facilities which provide entertainment and retail for an economically strong community.

We proudly improve our members’ quality of life on and off the job. Local 39 is committed to improving the general welfare of its members through economics, health and welfare, pension, and job site safety.
